Terms, privacy and billing

DirecutAI (“DirecutAI”, “we”, “us”) provides a hosted creative studio for generating video, imagery and audio using third-party AI models. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and DirecutAI. By creating an account or generating content you accept them in full.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital majority where you live, to hold an account.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including credit spend.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials or resell access.
• We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully or abusively.

• Generations are paid for with credits. The exact price is shown before you confirm a run.
• Credits are deducted when a generation starts, not when it finishes.
• If a generation fails upstream, the credits for that run are refunded automatically.
• Credits carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are not exchangeable for money.
• Subscription credits are granted per billing period. Pay-as-you-go pack credits are valid for 365 days.

You keep ownership of the prompts you write and, to the fullest extent permitted by law and by the underlying model providers’ terms, of the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit your content solely to operate the service.

Outputs are produced by machine-learning models and may resemble existing works. You are responsible for clearing any rights you need before publishing or commercialising an output.

You agree not to use DirecutAI to create or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a real person without consent.
• Deceptive likenesses of real people intended to defraud, defame or manipulate elections.
• Content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or facilitates serious crime.
• Material that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Automated abuse: scraping, credential stuffing, or circumventing rate limits and credit accounting.

We remove violating content and terminate repeat-infringing accounts without refund.

Rendered media is hosted on our generation partner’s CDN and remains retrievable for 14 days after each render. Download anything you want to keep. Character portraits and profile pictures you upload are stored with your account until you delete them.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream model providers may change, deprecate or rate-limit models at short notice; when that happens we update the catalogue and pricing accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost content.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
